Robert W Malone MD, MS posted the following in a Tweet:
So Francis Collins, the ex-director of NIH and Fauci's boss, now admits the public health officials should NEVER be put in charge of a public health emergency, because their training is not adequate for a government response. And that he botched the COVID-19 response.
This is yet another chapter in the "limited hangout" reveal that is currently ongoing by those in DC that are responsible for the gross COVIDcrisis "public health" mismanagement, including the various incremental "admissions of guilt" by Dr. Robert Kadlec.

It made me think of this passage from John Costello’s book, The Pacific War 1941-1945:
As the new cabinet set its timetable for achieving the "New Order" in Asia, Prince Saionji, the venerated last Meiji "Genro," warned the Emperor that recalling Konoye back was "like inviting a robber back to investigate his crime because no one else could be such an authority on it."
